We encourage individuals to develop self-awareness, self-care and promote growth & independence in hopes that each individual gains confidence, courage & consistency in their lives going forward.

We offer a solution for reducing recidivism, unemployment, and homelessness; empowering participants to make sustainable personal changes that positively impact society. Through safe and sober living, our intervention comprehensive programs, practical job readiness training, and employment placement services curate empowered individuals to become the best version of themselves no matter their background.

Interim Safe & Sober Home
We offer a supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery from. Our program provides a safe and structured space where residents can focus on their sobriety and rebuild their lives. With round-the-clock staff support, evidence-based therapies, and a strong sense of community, our safe and sober home is a haven for those in need of a fresh start. We strive to empower our residents with the tools and resources they need to sustain long-term recovery and thrive in a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle.

Career Development
FFHLA provides workforce readiness services in an atmosphere of dignity that enhances the lives of those seeking to become self-sufficient. We help individuals feel empowered to enter the workforce with confidence through multifaceted training, connections and interview preparation to jobs that match their skills and interests. Our Volunteers, employees, and collaborative partners help support this program.

Housing Just For Women!
FHHLA provides support for women and families struggling with trauma, domestic violence and substance abuse, as well as re-entry into society after incarceration. Our wrap-around services provide comprehensive care to each individual and their family.

Behavioral Health
We partner with treatment programs using cognitive behavior approaches, coupled with more traditional twelve-step and relapse prevention services that are helping break the cycles of recidivism. Programs are provided for both individuals and women parenting children as well as for youth referred by the criminal justice system. We are so thankful to our network of volunteers, employees, and partnerships with trained professionals and collaborative partners who support this program.
